Observe your Now
Observe your Now — this is your Current Reality. Express how this reality looks. Naturally, what bothers you most will get most expressed. Now say how the Desired Reality looks instead: what is present in your life, and how does it look in the desired reality of yours.
It is the problem, positively framed
Desired Reality is also the problem definition, positively framed. The challenge is that people are pretty bad at defining their own problems.
It is a constraint on the brain
Desired Reality is also a constraint we can impose on our brain to make it conjure the ways to get it. It helps us see reality anew in constraints and align the expression.
